V5 Exit to desktop

I recently installed V5 on one of my Windows 10 workstations. I can do everything up to the point where I click "Prepare to Print". As soon as I click the button, the software exits to the desktop, no warning, no saving, just closes on the click.

That is odd. I wonder if it is related to the file or slicing settings for the print you are doing. Does this happen for every print or only some recent ones? If you save a factory file before you click Prepare to Print, can you open that same factory file in the future and recreate the crash?
