I cannot locate any mesh errors, on either of my webshops, nor in my version of NetFabb, nor in Prusaslicer. Short of re-assembling the entire model an leaving the wheels off (as the only other part I can thing that might be causing problems), there's not much else I can do.
Notably, the older version of Simplify does not have quite the same issues (though as you can still, it is still missing parts at the bottom of wheel (block necessary to get it to adhere to the buildplate).
I am also still getting periodic crashes and sometimes the program locks up partway through start-up, requiring me to go into Task Manager and End Task and try re-starting again.

I guess something went very wrong when merging the different parts of the model. While it seems to be a valid mesh, it isn't.
Have a closer look at the cross section, note the blocks in the wheels for example:
The different parts aren't properly merged into one solid, there's lots of walls with 0 thickness. This irritates the slicer a lot, PrusaSlicer
is also having a hard time here... ^^
Those wheels won't properly connect, they're only touching by the outer perimeters. And PS can't find a way to slice it symmetrically like
the mesh really is.
It kinda looks like multiple hollow bodies stuck into each other while it should be one solid volume. If you've merged
the parts you might check the parts before doing so and look for different boolean operations in whatever program you
might have used to merge them.
I had a much closer analysis of the mesh myself, having done a test using the Prusa slicer also seemed to miss some parts of some of the wheels.
After some effort and experimentation, I FINALLY tracked the error down to my CAD package.
It was the end of my work week when I made the post, so in the cold light of morning and a fresh week, I re-assembled the entire mesh, leaving the wheels off and then, finding they were explictly the problem, I took a closer look at them.
The corners of the diamonds of the tire tread were touching the straight line of the wheel surface. And apparently that one thing is enough to send TurboCAD into a screaming hissy fit and screw eveything else up. How this translates into confusing Simplify I don't know, but it does.
This is an unfortunate facet of the "upgrade" to TurboCAD version 2021 from version 21; in v21 if it encountered this issue, it would refuse to assemble to part. The v2021 version cheerfully doesn't do that, but pretends it has assembled it anyway when it hasn't basically, making everything an infinitely thin shell. Meaning troubleshooting the meshes is sometimes a tedious case of trial an error.
Unfortunately, in this specific instance, there was no visual clue that it had fracked up (normally, you can spot it by the fact that when you assemble something, you can see it hasn't booleaned it properly) AND that it elected to apparently continue to assemble afterwards.
I have done the usual fix of moving the tire-tread diamonds 0.01mm away from the line, and my initial test does show Simplify is not missing bits now.
(Seriously, given how many bugs there are and how dreadful TurboCAD's technical support is, I would have dropped it without a second thought, Unfortunately, since I have been using TCAD since version 1 and have hundreds of models and thousands of files in TCW format that would be rendered functionally uneditable or would require extensive sorting to be able to port across. I wouldn't even have upgraded to v2021 if not for a catastophic HDD failure in November 2021 which required a complete re-install (as I couldn't mirror, since it failed on EXACTLY the one spot) and a fresh Win 10 install wouldn't let me install the last version of the graphics driver that didn't wig v21 out.)
Simplify 5.0.1's peridoic CTDs on prepare to print or opening or closing files remain a reoccurant issue, however.
