Can you post the factory file?

Can you also try re-downloading and re-installing 5.0.2 just to make sure there weren't any issues with the installation?

I think I found the issue...

...and the issue is:

since you had the GREAT idea to remove the Enable Support checkbox, now any old factory file (pre 5.0.2) whose supports were already declared will need to be recreated no matter if your latest version does read them in the build view.

Here, same job as above with the supports recreated, re-deleted where not needed, etc :/

Please attach a factory file that shows the issue. We have tried reproducing it on our end, but haven't had any luck.

Can you please also verify that you already tried re-downloading and re-installing 5.0.2?
