I'm looking for a solution and hoping someone can help

I'm currently working on a project where we are planning on printing big(huge) size vases on demand (tractus3d T3500SE).
As for the slicer, we are using simplify3d v5.
Preferably we import a zero thickness model of a vase to simplify and precisely control the outline perimeter layers/wall thickness.
The reason this would be preferable is that the model can be scaled easily without affecting printed wall thickness and being able to control the amount of horizontal layers. Besides that applying a wall thickness before importing in simplify can result in outline parameters being further apart than the intended wall thickness and thus resulting in a wall needing infill. Especially on faces the closer they get to being parallel to the horizontal plane.
This is not a problem with horizontal opening top faces but is for openings at an angle. I think the reason for this is that the toolpaths aren't cyclic but open (with a start and end). I've have somewhat succeeded in what i want but its kinda hacky an not perfect. Simply put i would like to import a zero thickness model into simplify and be able to control the amount of outline parameters and bottom layers
Thanks in advance!
