Minimum Extrusion command being ignored

Having this annoying issue with thin wall behavior and minimum extrusion length. it does this dit dit dit dit dit tool path which is not great for the machine and slows things down quite a bit.

Minimum extrusion length is supposed to eliminate this. it does not.

See attached factory file. it happens 4 times. twice bottom twice top. short and long. first one is at layer 11

I set min to 3mm still does it. I set min to 5mm still does it. so whatever is generating that (thin wall?) is "IGNORING" the min length command entirely. I even tried over 20mm even though 5mm is already 2 or 3 times longer than what its "doing" on layer 11 and command is still ignored. I thought maybe the end point extension was doing it but setting that to 0 changes nothing that I can see in this particular case.

Increasing allowed perimeter overlap also does not remove this.

Suggestions? I would like it to either extrude a complete circuit or extrude nothing at all their. either is fine.

Re: Minimum Extrusion command being ignored

Only way I could get it to work was with Variable processes.

The minimum extrusion length applies when you select "Allow Single Extrusions" in the internal or external wall type.

Here's the file.

min extrusion seem to be applied to infill items. Not wall.
have seen it remove small infill area not just single infill lines

Which would be odd since single extrusion is not related to infill but only walls.

ie a bug.
