Auto Populate name of object/model
Hi it would be nice when I export a stl model that the name of the model/file could be auto populated with the name given to the model under the Layer section. I like to name my model/parts in the layer section. Right now I have to reenter the name when I export said model for 3D printing. This little change would speed things up a lot.

Can you clarify what you mean by the "layer section"?
Right now, if you import a part and then rename it in the Models list on the left side, that's the same name that is used by default when you try to export the model.
