missing layers in 5.0.2, but not in 4.1.2

Hello,
I was having so many prints look like it was missing layers. I thought maybe time to change the nozzle, nope.
The I took a closer look at the sliced model in 5.0.2 and notice that the sliced model was missing layers.
I put the same model in 4.1.2 and they were no missing layers..
the 1st pic is 4.1.2 (green) which is fine and the 2nd pic is 5.0.2 (blue) missing layers.
I added red markers to show thw problem area.


Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I always recommend starting with the suggestions in this article:

In short - check the model for errors and utilize some of the different repair options already in S3D

Changing Slicing Behavior from Positive Fills to Alternating Fill seemed to fix the problem.
