The Machine Control Panel estimate is based on the elapsed time for the actual print. In your case, it took 27 minutes to make it to 11%, so it's reasonable to guess that it might take another 3.5 hours for the print to finish.
In other words, it seems like your print took a really long time to get to 11%, so the estimate is increasing since that suggests it might take longer to finish.

But the real printing time always matches the estimated in the slicing phase.
