Gaps in perimeters

Hi all,

im using the newest Version from Simplify 3D for my Voron 2.4

One thing where i had problems since all years are the gaps in the perimeters. I´m using ABS white from filamentworld and a rapido hotend.
Please find attached some pictures. I don´t know which parameter is focussing on this gaps to remove this completly.
The two prints marked with the red arrow have still gaps around after changing some parameters.
I´m not sure how to export one the single FFF document. It looks like that all of my savings were export. The correct used process was "ABS (New)

Do you have ideas what can be the reason for the gaps?

Thanks for your help

Re: Gaps in perimeters

May want to try increasing the outline overlap percentage by another 10% or so. It also looks like there might be some extrusion issues, since the parts I've seen off our Voron 2.4 look quite a bit cleaner. Hard to tell if it's over-extrusion, or just inconsistent extrusion rates in general.
