stop working with Prusa MK3

Hi,
I use the licensed software ver 5.1 for some time . I had to replace the printer Prusa MK3 controller board because one of the motor driver stop working.
After i replaced the board and run the printer setup I try to connect it to the S3D software .From the Machine Control Panel I connect to one of the USB port of pc ( 115,200 no flow control ) and the test pass but when i click the "Cpnnect" button i got a message
"Device not found. Make sure the device is turned on and connected."
Try to reset the pc and the printer with no change
On the PC device Manger porta see the printer connected to usb
I connect the printer to FronterFace I can connect to printer and control movements
Any help ?

If you replaced the board, you might need to setup the printer a second time. Go to Tools > Machine Control Panel, and click the "Add New" button to go through the setup wizard.

Also make sure no other programs are connected to the printer at the same time.

I did add new and it connect the printer on the USB port preform the connection test but after this when I press the"connect "button in the Contro; Panel i get the message
Does the S3D open any log file that can help to see the problem ?

Uninstall the ver 5 software
Install ver 4 and the printer connected with no problem
install again ver 5 try to connect and get the some message
try again ver 4 no problem
disabled Norton firewall but he some result
Any idea ?

Can you attach a screenshot of the exact error you are seeing?

It would also be helpful if you could copy and paste the entire communication log that is displayed.

It looks like the wizard connected successfully, so you should hopefully have everything configured at that point.

After you exit the wizard, use the "Select Device" drop down list so choose which printer you want to connect to. In your case, the last entry in that list is probably the one you want.

If that doesn't work, it might be best to contact our support team directly so that they can gather more information about your computer, the new board you installed, and so on.
