Trrouble slicing one piece - walls incomplete

The attached stl file slices fine in Slic3r, but in S3D the side walls only extend about half way. I've tried many different settings without any luck. Any ideas?

yeah sure, the walls are too thin to print. it wont print if you extrusion width is over .47mm. even if you set it to .47 though it will probably print out of spec because its still squishing 2 perimeters into a space where there is only room for 1. you gotta remember there is always an inner and outer perimeter. slic3r will actually print a single 1 wall perimeter

Thanks, I suspected it was something like that but didn't know that Slic3r would just put in a single-width wall. I'll try it with a smaller extrusion width and see how it goes.
