[ADDED] Feature Request Extruder Offsets

Setting extruder offset per extruder seems to be missing. This is needed even when using one extruder for support and another for shells and fill.

Extruder offsets were added in version 3.0.0. Just enter the offsets on the G-Code tab and then enable the "apply toolhead offsets to g-code coordinates" option.
