[SOLVED] printing without support

Hi,
I upgraded from 4.1.2 to 5.1 recently.
Until now, everything works fine.
But I'm unable to find the previous checkbox for enabling/disabling support generation.
The inline documentation is still linked to the 4.1 GUI
I find the buttons for the support management at the bottom of the main window (picture under), but I don't think they work the same way.
Thanks

Find below a screen copy of the 4.1.2 GUI

Re: printing without support

If you haven't seen it yet, much of the new support behavior is described in the V5 Quick Start Guide. You can access that guide by going to Help > Quick Start Guide within Simplify3D.

For the new V5 behavior, if you want to use supports for your models just click the Generate Automatic Supports button (it's the left-most icon in the photo you posted). Alternatively, you can also go to Supports > Generate Automatic Supports in the menu bar, or even use Tools > Keyboard Shortcuts if you want to assign a custom keyboard shortcut to that option to do it without clicking.

If you decide later on that you want to remove supports, just click the Remove All Supports button (the right-most icon in your image) or go to Supports > Remove All Supports.

The main benefit of the new support system in V5 is that you can always tell which models will have supports just by looking at the 3D view. If you see support pillars attached to your model, then you know those supports will be included when you click "Prepare to Print". In V4 there was no way to see that information in the 3D view.
