Raft settings

I've been printing with an Ender 3 Pro for a number of years. It had a 0.4 nozzle on it for all of that time. I often print a number of items which require a raft and I've always been able to pop the parts off the raft with no issues. I just changed out the nozzle to a 0.6 and have adjusted the nozzle diameter value, set the width to auto, and adjusted the temp, speed, e-steps, and layer height accordingly. I did a test print and it came out ok. I probably need to increase the flow a little (forgot about that one). But the bigger problem I'm having is the part is practically fused to the raft. Was really difficult getting it off. Since I've never had to mess with this in the past I wasn't quite sure what I needed to adjust in Simplify3d to make it easier to separate the part from the raft. What settings should I look at?

Re: Raft settings

I would definitely start with Edit Process Settings > Additions tab > Raft Separation Distance. That value has a big impact on how much the part is connected to the raft. Try increasing it by a small amount like 0.05-0.1mm and see if that helps.
