hot bed temp during filament change

Hi

I'm pretty new in 3D printing but I was wondering if there is any solution to solve my problem (maybe with a G or M code

Whenever my printer (CR10SProV2) runs out of filament, the hot bed cools down from 60 degrees to room temperature. This is a problem because the printed items loose connection to the hot bed. After the change of filament, the bed gets heated again but the items are not fixed anymore. Then the head moves the items and destroys the print.

Is there any possibility to keep the temperature at 60 degrees during filament change. I read about the G and M codes but don't know how to use them or where to but in simplify3d.

Any help is very welcome.

I believe the behavior after filament runout is determined completely by the firmware. You might want to the manufacturer if they have an option to modify the filament runout bed cool down temperature in the firmware.
