[SOLVED] Multiple extrusion not slicing correctly

I have a dual extrusion print head. I have a mesh that I've split into two meshes in Fusion 360 with the intent to print one in one color and the other in another color. I imported the two meshes and ran the Multiple Extrusion Wizard to get them aligned and tools assigned to each. Everything looked good up to that point. However, when I pressed "Prepare to Print", only one of the two meshes was sliced. I did select both processes. Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong or if this is a bug?

Re: Multiple extrusion not slicing correctly

I dug around in the process settings and found a Non-Manifold Slicing Behavior option for "Thicken Invalid Segments" in the "Slicing Behavior" section of the Advanced tab. I enabled that and left it at the default of 0.5mm and it solved the slicing issue. I figured it must be something like that.
