Thumbnails in mainsail with S3D

In mainsail with Klipper I get 32x32 image to show but not the larger one (400x300). Anyone have success and what sizes did you use thanks?

We have several Mainsail based printers here, and 32x32 along with 300x300 has worked fine on each machine we tested.

Did you install the Klipper/Mainsail firmware yourself, or is this a pre-setup machine that you purchased? What exact printer are you using?

I am using a vcore3.1 200 with Klipper and mainsail (RATOS is used to install and configure it). I will try 32x32 and 300 x 300 thanks.

I only get the 32x32 image not the large one. I have mainsail configured to display the large one. It may be a problem on my end. Not sure.

Do you have any other files where the big thumbnail DOES show up? If so, you could look at the top of that file to see what size it was using for the big one.

Actually now I see that if I use 32x32 and 400x300 I get the small image in mainsail but not the large one (with S3D) but if I change it to 32x32 and 300x300 I get no image at all.

I get the large image (400x300) when using a different slicer, but I prefer S3D because it's easier to use. The thumbnail is not a deal breaker but I would like it to work.

Attached is thumbnail code from another slicer where the large image shows up for me in Mainsail.

It would also help to include the S3D gcode file that isn't working. That may allow them to give better suggestions.

Considering that we have Mainsail printers where the large 300x300 image works fine, I would also be interested in hearing if any other users have encountered this problem.
