Compatibility xyzPrinting Da Vinci Pro EVO

I swap my printer from "xyzPrinting Da Vinci Pro 1.0" to "xyzPrinting Da Vinci Pro EVO". This is ab big step forward, but yet it seems that Simplify3D isn't able to support this machine.

Please make it work soon.
