I spent a lot of time filling with every setting to try and resolve this problem. Basically it is when doing right angles that there is a very tiny delay for the direction changes and I think tiny bit of ooze from the printhead is causing a massive build up over time the corners.
Changing linear advance ironically does not solve the problem. It actually causes gaps before the blob. Changing the head temperature does not seem to have any effect or any speed setting. Coasting at end does seem to help a little bit.
So I put this down as a feature request to either automatically, or allow sharp corners to use less filament, possibly by a percentage amount of like 10% or something
