Blurry small parts

When I try to print a small part it gets cloggy. The same part was fine before last version of Simplify3d.

If you compare the new gcode file preview with the one you printed previously, do you see any changes? You could try setting the preview mode to Movement Speed or Flow Rate to see if that helps you spot any settings changes that might be responsible for the different quality.
