V5.1.2 freeze at startup - Solved!

Hallo folks. ( I apologize for my not native english)
My v512 was working fine until today. as soon as i have saved a modified profile and closed the program.
at reopening (same window session - not rebooted) Simplify dont like me to use it. it freeze with a grey windows where on top there is written "Simplify£d (licensed to "mylicencename" and also (Not reply) stating that task is freezed somehow
ive tried to uninstall it soft and even hard (removing both directories
- the install one
and the
- C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Simplify3D\S3D-Software-V5
so there should not be traces of old install ...well...notthing to do it wont start anymore.

Note: when I uninstall it from ControlPanel>uninstall programs, then it correctly asks me if i want to remove the licence. I say "yes" and magically Simplify opens up regularly (not freezed) for only few seconds, then it say something like disconnected and it close waiting for relicensing it. I do reinsert licence and the window is steel freezed again.

Any solution/Help?

Update: I've tried to open the simplify 3D program using the Launch as admin option and as magic it started. but it cant save any profile and also when i close it it pops up a message saying that is impossible to create a project file: savedState.factory....
Now simplify starts even without admin options. but cant save i guess is something related to files read/Write permissions but they seems to be .identical to my working v4 setup. Thankyou for helping

Update: deleted savedState.factory file i could create again my profiles, but once reloaded......same thing no way to start Simplify only with Administrator privileges... ok i desist.

I would recommend following the instructions at this link to completely move all settings and files used by the software:

You can backup whatever you need first, and then try reloading the profiles one-by-one afterwards. If there's a specific profile that causes issues after reloading, it's possible something is corrupt with that profile.

Jason good day.
Above - in my previous post - I forgot to mention that i deleted also Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Simplify3D\S3D-Software-V5 keys and then reinstalled the program.
but no luck.
After install program start working but only once. (if you close simplify then wont restart unless admin privileges run). - even with no profiles made - as stock install

Another note is at first opening it drag and drop files but if i close it i can restart it on admin privileges but then i cant drag/drop anymore any stl on the program but i can upload it....

i also tried updating vc++ but same thing.
I have no idea what today has happened. (v4 still working perfectly)

I think I got it working now.
Somehow an "asus" program called Sonic Studio III is interfering with Simplify3D (V5 only).
It seems that Sonic interfere badly even with some of your competitor's slicer too.
I could find the solution,thanks to run one of them, it popped up a warning about Sonic..

I uninstalled Sonic Studio III and related apps and now I can enjoy my Simplify5 again.
