I can't install Simplify 5 and I paid for it

I bought Simplify 5.x because the older version wouldn't work with this Anycubic printer I bought. Version 5 worked very well. I installed it and used it for quite a while, then my computer crashed. It just won't turn on at all anymore, so I bought a new PC. I've gone through the nightmare of re-installing most of the software I had on the old machine. But I can't install Simplify3d, I need this slicer to work because I have orders piling up.

When I try to install this software on my new PC It will install, but when I try to login it says "This software is installed on another PC, you must uninstall the software from that PC before you can use the software on this PC".

I can't uninstall it because the computer crashed, it won't power on. I can pull data from the hard drives but I can't uninstall it because the OS doesn't even load, I'm moving the drives to a disk duplicator that lets me access the drives from another PC.

How do I install this? Is there someone I need to reach out to? Am I screwed and now expected to pay for another license simply because my other computer crashed and I can't turn on the OS to uninstall?

Does Simplify3d ever respond to the "contact us" links on the website? I can't find a chat or any way to communicate with anyone to fix this.


I also had to create a new account just to use the forum because this forum will not accept my login and PW that I registered the software with (falken76), if I try to login, it doesn't take my pw. If I try to create a new account it says my name is in use and my email is already used. I can login to the main site with my falken76 account where you pay money for services, that works, but it won't work with the forums so I had to create this account just to use the forums to ask this question.

If you go to the main account page and click on "License Management" it gives instructions on how to move licenses and it has an option for emergency situations where the website will deactivate the software link to the installed computer so you can free up your license. It's for situations including your computer getting stolen or like in my case, the computer crashing.
