I'm having problems with the offset settings for Raise3D E2. With the standard profile Raise3D E2 with dual extruder, the two extruders collide. According to the profile, a construction volume of 305x240x240 is specified, according to the manufacturer Raise3D, a construction volume of only 295x240x240 is specified for dual extruders. Is the Simplify3D Raise3D E2 profile correct?
Do the extruders only collide when you print at the very far last 10mm of the X axis? Or do they collide somewhere in the middle?
It's common that manufacturers quote slightly different build volume than what we've tested and verified to work ourselves, but if the collision only happens in the region where there is a disagreement that might be a sign.
