Simplify3D Application Error 0xc000007b...

Hello,
I am trying to install my new and first time, mind you, download of the recent version of the Simplify3D 64-bit Win 10 software and it barfs with an error each time I try to run it after the installer is done. Yes, my Acer Ferrari Netbook is a X2 Dual Core AMD L310, 1.20ghz, 4gb ram etc., so I know it can run it, but after uninstall, reboot, re-install and just about every iteration of typical sw load issues, including virus scan and chkdsk /f /r it just will not play nice.

I am at a loss. My PC is running fine with no problems what so ever, but still can't run the new Simplify3D 64 bit for Win 10.
Is there anyone having the same issue?

Can you post a screenshot of the complete error message? That might contain more clues about what's causing it.
