Software closes 2 seconds after opening

I changed my password (because i didnt write it down) on my computer in the house, i go to the shop computer where i do all my work, and simplify opens for a couple seconds then closes itself, so i uninstall everything make sure i clear the sequence in regedit so itll force a login box upon next boot. i put in all the new credentials and it opens....for about 2 seconds then closes simplify down, its for the V5 license. im being forced to install the old V4 to get any work done. PC os is windows, ive never had any problems with simplify until now. if anyone has any clue what might cause this please let me know.
