Hi I am a newbie and have a QIDI Pro. The test designs that came with the printer have printed exceptionally well with no complaints. I have started to create some designs in Tinkercad and then transfer to QIDI slicer before uploading into the printer. Every time I create a new design the printer starts without cleaning or purging the nozzle and the bed height is to low at 3-4mm from the nozzle tip. I have contacted QIDI support but seem to be going round in circles. The tech support sent me a file to print which works fine and I have attached that. I have designed the Latch but am unsure how to view the GCODE.
The issue appears to be with the start of the GCODE which I am guessing is missing the cleaning and bed height from the programme. I would have expected any designs that are being sent from QIDI slicer to the printer to have this programme already installed.
I look forward to hearing from anyone who may have a resolution to my issue.

Are you using Simplify3D? Can you confirm which exact profile you are using?
