Settings for 1st Layer On Top Of Support

We need the ability to set the speed and thickness for layers that are printed directly on top of support material.

We already have an option like this for the very first print layer, but not for the first layers that print on top of support material.

I am trying to use PLA support for PETG. This works great for some combinations, but the PETG I currently need to use must be printed either really thick or really slow in order to adhere properly to the PLA support. When printed slow it's great. However, it's not possible to speed up other portions of the print so the entire print takes forever to complete. When printed wide, the resolution of the print suffers.
