Missing layers after slicing

Hi!
I'm having this issue and tried using some recommendations here, like alternating places, distancing the models, enlarging the extrusion width, but it didn't work. I'm working with a dual extruder printer, and when I use only one extruder it works well, but when I try to use the other one to print supports, it goes really bad and we lose various walls of the model after slicing. When trying to print, the support layer is being printed "inside" the part where it should only have the model being printed. A lot of errors. Could you guys help me?

The models that we are testing are really simple, just 2 cubes with 4 mm height, and alternating process to test the extrusion with extruder 1 in one cube and then the extruder 2 in the other extruder.

I would recommend going to File > Safe Factory File As, and then attaching that file to this thread. That will make it much easier for others to give suggestions on your settings.
