Default Scaling

Is there a way I can change the default scaling so that every time I import a model it remembers my scaling.
I have to correct the scaling on my machine or the sizing will be off. So every time I import a model. I double click the model to open the settings and change the scaling to 100.40% on X,Y and Z axis. This works, but every time I import a new model, it resets to 100.00%. Is there any way to make it so I don't have to change it every time. Sometimes if I am in a hurry, I forget.
