license issue

I am a licensed Simplify3D user with product key. I have had it since its early release days. I recently purchased a surface pro and attempted to install it on the new machine. I get an error that indicates I have used up all my licenses. Hmm... before this, I only had one computer.

If I have installed it more than once on the same machine, does that decrease the license counter?

Is there some way to reset the counter disabling all licensed machines and start over?

I think to take care if licensing issues you need to email support

yup, gotta e-mail S3D, might take a day or more like it did in my case - couldn't use the software at all that day :( I happened to install 2 versions on 2 diff computers because we were battling thin wall features at the time.
