Trying to figure this out. I need to slow down extrusion for infill and shell on any "first layer" or roof that appears over support material.
I need to slow down the first layer for EVERY "roof".
- Solid infill slows down ALL solid layers, not just the first bottom and the last top
- First Layer Speed only applies to Layer 1, not subsequent layers above support material
- Bridges somewhat work to slow down a "roof", but the perimeter speeds aren't slowed down
The problem I have is when the model starts printing the first layer over support material, the shells are too fast, causing distortion in the printout. If I can slow down just that first layer for good adhesion, that would really help.
Ideas?
