Gcode comparision tools

Lately I've been wondering about the idiosyncrasies of various slicers. Does anyone know of or use tools to analyze and/or compare Gcode files?
I'm thinking that it would be great to have scrolling, animated tool path and code display side by side. An annotated Gcode diff tool would also be nice.

Can Repartier or other printer operational tools be made to do this, possibly by using multiple windows and instances?
