Flashforge Pro Stops extruding

after so many layers the printer just stops extruding but all the motors keep moving as if they think something is still being created. I'm using the MakeBot Replicator 1 Dual (left extruder) profile. The only changes I've made to it are, turning off the skirt and changing the hbt to 90. What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like your extruder is jammed..

I don't think so because as soon as I start a new print it extrudes fine

If the extruder motor is still spinning but filament isn't coming out, what else do you think it could be? Is the extruder actually heated up?
