simplify 3d and robo 3d cooling fan not working?

so I decided to buy simplify 3d and I got what seems to most stuff working so far (just started to play around with it) but it doesn't seem like the cooling fan in working? even with manual control but it still does in matter control?

anyone else have this problem or ideas on how to fix it?

are you using the correct firmware config? If you don't know what that is, just go to Help --> Configuration Assistant and choose the Robo3D. That will correctly set everything up for you. Then you can check the communication log to see if the software is sending over M106 commands when you use the manual control slider

I will try that once my print is done... But yes it is set for the robo 3d and set to turn on after the first layer but doesn't seem to happen.

Look in the gcode file and make sure there is an M106 command. If not, post your factory file so we can see the settings you're trying to use.
