Hello!
Seems when I hit "Center and Arrange", it puts the items at the front of the build plate and so far forward that a skirt would print off of the build plate. It USED to center in the build plate but I don't know why it suddenly decided to do this. I am guessing somehow I changed a setting, but not sure what one that would be. Anyone else run into this?

Is it visually showing in the center, but generating the gcode not exactly in the center? This could be the g-code offset feature. If it's not actually centering the part correctly, I'm not 100% sure what that could be, but you could try a Help > Reset All Settings and see if that fixes your issue!

Have a look to the Model Settings (dobble-click on the object) and there to Object Size Dimensions.
If this values are greather than the real objekt, there ist a rest of construction (perhaps only a little point ...) in the orbit. Creating the STL-file, both parts will be calculate as an one solide object. Opening in S3D your main-object will be shown out of center of the fictive printtable.
