How to make a tall raft

I'd like to make a raft about 6mm tall to reduce warping on my unheated bed. I want the top 2 or 3 layers to have a fairly dense infill (~85%) but I want all layers below that to have only 20% infill to increase the printing speed. I tried doing this with multiple processes, but it seems that only the first process parameters are used for building the raft. I know Slic3r lets you specify separately the total number of raft layers, the number of interface layers, the interface layer density and the base layer density. Is this possible with Simplify3D?

Sure, just click "edit process settings" and then click on the Additions tab and modify your raft settings. For example, you could have 3 top layers with 85% fill. The bottom layers are pretty close to 30% fill already, so that should get you close.

@JoeJ - The problem is that I want a 6MM tall raft, or about 30 layers. As far as I can tell, if I set the number of layers to 30 and an infill of 85%, I get 3 layers at 20% and 30 layers at 85%. I want it the other way around - 30 layers at 20% and 3 layers at 85%

That's not currently possible unfortunately. You can't have different infill settings for different levels of the raft. There's only 1 setting for the entire raft, not including the base. The base's infill setting and layer count is not configurable.
