just another thing to note. these settings will be impossible to nail down if the moisture content of your filament is too high. if its too wet it will have an inconsistent ooze.

Don't think it's moisture. The problem areas are ALWAYS the same. Exactly the same spot. Also tried with 2 different filaments and same problems, same areas

Just wanted to notify here that everything was caused by my stupidity 
. Slicer works well now that I have read and studied a lot about printing settings etc.
