I ended up making a new drawing with two of the same parts side by side upped the temp and extrusion un checked swipe

then did a reprint looks kit its fixed part solid all the way up now

Thanks for you help the slight changes seem to have fixed or maybe the new drawing not sure.

By increasing temp? and uncheck wipe does it still work?
