4.0.1 available for download but Simplfy 4.0.0 says up-to-date

I agree with you, and I also like and use S3D daily for my two printers. However, the update/fix rate is very low, and has been so for a very long time. New buyers should just consider if the current feature (and bug) set is worth the asking price, and if so, buy it. If the prospective buyer wishes more and new features, then it would be better to wait and see if S3D gets what they want in a future update. The point is, do not buy it in hopes that in the future it will get some specific features, because that may not happen in a long time (or even ever).

I would say the updates are spaced out sufficiently for my needs. When there are updates, it seems like they are very substantial/sizable. I manage several printers throughout the day and S3D is my goto product for making files that will print on my various machines. As far as 4.0.1 vs 4.0.0 being the most up to date version. It's obvious that 4.0.1 is the most up to date. I believe it was mostly bug fixes according to the patch notes. If you experience one of the bugs it fixes, you can goto the website and get the installer. That's what the auto-update notification does anyway (sends you to the website to download the installer)
