Would you also want to use 0.01mm increments for extrusion width?
Yes. I'll go through today and post a list of what I feel is good for each one of these boxes and which are ok. Just my opinions but I do use them a lot.

Here is my opinion on what works for increments in the number boxes.

Extruder Tab:
Extrusion Multiplier = OK
Extrusion Width increment by .01 instead of .05
Retraction Distance increment by .1 instead of 1.0
Extra restart = OK
Retract Vertical Lift increment by .1 instead of 1.0
Retraction Speed = OK
Coast = OK
Wipe = OK

Layer Tab:
Layer Height increment by .01 instead of .05
Top/Bottom/Outline = OK
Adaptive Layer Height = OK
Dimensional Adjustments = OK
First layer Height increment by 1 instead of 10
First Layer Width increment by 1 instead of 10
First Layer Speed increment by 1 instead of 10

Additions Tab:
Skirt/Brim = OK
Didn't check the rest.

Infill Tab:
Infill Percentage by increment by 1 instead of 10

Dense Infill = OK

Support Tab:
Support Infill Percentage increase by 1 instead of 10
Support Inflation Distance increase by .1 instead of 1
Dense Support Inflation Distance increase by .1 instead of 1

Speeds Tab:
Outer Perimeter Speed increase by 1 instead of 10
Inner Perimeter Speed increase by 1 instead of 10
Solid Infill Speed increase by 1 instead of 10
Sparse Support Speed increase by 1 instead of 10
Dense Support Speed increase by 1 instead of 10

Other Tab:
Bridging Extrusion Multiplier increase by 1 instead of .10
Filament Diameter increase by .01 instead of 10
Filament Density increase by .01 instead of .1

These are suggestion for the ones I regularly use.
Any questions I think the way they are in V4 is ok.

Re: Numerical Selection Boxes Need To Increment In Smaller Values

Wow, great list! I'm curious about the speed values. Are you using mm/min or mm/s for speeds? If you are using mm/min which I think is the default in S3D, incrementing by 1 mm/min would be kinda slow. I usually am making changes like 1800 to 2400 mm/min, so that would be 600 mouse clicks. I almost think 100 mm/min might be better.

Of course, if you're using mm/s then maybe 1 mm/s is perfect!

I use mm/s.

Re: Numerical Selection Boxes Need To Increment In Smaller Values

So maybe 1 mm/s increments would be good, and then 100 mm/min for those using the other unit system.

Yes, I think 1.0mm/s increments would be good.
Not sure what might be good for mm/m but since you use it that way ... maybe 100 is fine.

In general, think the goal is to change the input by a reasonable amount so that a user wouldn't have to press up or down too many times to make a change.
Just make all boxes increase and decrease by 1, when your tweaking a printer you want small increments, and to be honest as it currently is you have to enter it manually, it would be much easier to enter manually if you want a large change, and be able to click the arrows for one increment at a time

Just my opinion

I tend to change most inputs by just typing the number manually as well.

Re: Numerical Selection Boxes Need To Increment In Smaller Values

For the section view of sliced model 1 mm increment is useless, should default to layer height or max 0.1 mm

Do you mean the cross section view?
