You can contact their staff from the website if you want to talk to the employees. This is a user forum. I'm sure they are well aware of this request though

I too have come to enjoy hexagonal infill when available : )
JoeJ I see you respond to a lot of posts here and that you're not an employee. I have learned from several of your posts and I appreciate your knowledge- Thanks.
While this is a user forum, S3D does link to it right off of their site and puts it forth as "support". I understand we don't get the CEO online daily to shoot the breeze, but an occasional "feature request heard" post wouldn't go amiss. Especially if something commonly available in free slicers is never going to be a part of this setup. There may be a good reason - differences in architecture - resources directed to improvements more useful to more people. Not a problem.
The cynic in me suspects that the primary thrust of development is in adding more printers to that long list of supported models. I can't argue too much with that, I would do the same thing especially considering the limitations of so many packaged printer hardware company programs.

I have emailed with their support team many times. Many of their developers read the forum every single day. They actually do a great job constantly listening to and reviewing user feedback. If it has been more than 24 hours since something was posted here, you can consider it as "feature request heard"
If you don't believe me, try to email their staff about something on the forum. Odds are they already read about it.

Fair enough and encouraging news. Thanks.
