It doesn't look like your retractions are working at all. When you see that much stringing between parts, it is a classic sign that you have incorrect retraction settings.
If the printer pulls enough filament into the nozzle during the retract, when it moves, there won't be any oozing left behind. My advice would be to not worry about wiping, but instead adjust your retraction and coasting values since what you have now definitely isn't working well.
