With a single perimeter vase mode you cant cure that. All you can do is lower the layer height. These areas are too flat and the extrusion needs to step over too far to create that shape.

haven't tried it myself, but increasing the number of top layers may fix it...

how to increase only for the upper layers?

The LAYER tab has a top solid layer setting.
