Thats really odd they work fine in the preview. Does anyone know how to properly embed google photos for forum posts?

So I ended up getting some more filament this morning and without changing a single thing in my settings I printed the same object and it came out insanely better.

One big issue is a hole that goes from the top all the way to the bottom which I think might have todo with my retraction settings. Im also seeing a bit of curling which I think I can alleviate by maybe having the fan on during the first layers.

retraction settings are
retraction speed 3000
Retraction distance 1.5mm
extra restart -.05
coasting .08

I suspect that this filament is not just dyed PLA as was told to me upon purchase.

Does the extruder start where the hole occurs?

If it's at the start it might be the negative extra restart value.

If it's happening at the end of the layer try running with wipe nozzle turned on. Even a low value of 1mm might help close the gap.
