If you're currently using the latest version of FlashPrint you can save yourself the hassle of downloading the older version to get the firmware. I've attached all of the files that you need below.

Unzip the attached zip file and place the resulting file(s) in the following folder and then boot up FlashPrint and select Tools > Firmware Update.
C:\Program Files (x86)\FlashForge\FlashPrint\firmware\FlashForge Dreamer\

Thanks, looks very helpfull.

But I still see only the 2.4 updates on my Tools->Firmware update.

Any advise?

I think the files above are only for Windows. What version of Windows are you using? Have you checked that FlashPrint didn't overwrite the new file, even after you started it up?

I use Windows 10.

You need to download the 2.3 version first. J think its flashforge 3.2 and its on their website. You need to copy everything in the firmware folder and then update to 3.7 and then paste those files into the new firmware folder

After trying this in Windows 10, I've found that there are two extra files needed to have the option show up for the 2.3 firmware. I've updated my original post to have these included in the zip file. They will also work for the other Windows versions without issue.

I do not understand why S3D not solve this problem for us.Take some action S3D because we are facing this problem for months now.

Did you try the solution I and several other have confirmed works without issue?

There is no solution for 2.4 firmware yet.Yes I can print with 2.3 firmware without any problems.I ask many times why S3D is not coming with a solution.
I think they have finaly solve this problem.
