I seem to be having the same problem on the DaVinci Duo 2.0. I have downgraded to 3.0.2.

You just should post your factory files. I haven't had any issues yet with 3.1, but if you attach a factory file that doesn't work for you, I'll be happy to try it on my da vinci. That way we can compare settings and see what may be causing it.

I already downgraded back to 3.0.2 and am up and working again.

I will try to reinstall 3.1 tonight. I have another friend who has a Davinci 1.0 that seem to have the same problem. Its odd that everyone had these problems at one time.

I emailed support and received a response asking for more info. I sent the comms log and factory file. We shall see!

Same here on my Davinci Duo 2.0. I downgraded to 3.0.2 and I can work no problem. I have also uploaded a settings file on my own post as well as put in a support ticket. Hopefully they can find the flaw.

Had the same issue, but with a DaVinci PRO printer. My answer to fix the issue was to remove the SD card from the back board and replace it with an 8gig SanDisk SD card. Seems the cheap ADATA card they used was the culprit, as it would randomly fail during uploads to the machine.

ProboticsAmerica wrote:Same issue an AiO

Symptoms: Printing two copies of a model causes a reboot after upload and no subsequent attempt to print. Removing one copy of the model allows the printer to work normally.

Printing more than one copy seems to be the only thing that triggers the behavior for me.

Going to try updating the DaVinci firmware and giving it another shot.
What firmware is on yours? I'm printing multiple parts on an AiO with 1.1.1 firmware without issues. Do you have a factory file you can share? I'd be happy to see if it loads on the printer I've been using.

FYI, support suggested that I swap my SD card for a faster one, but I'm not going to do that for several reasons. I'll stick with the old version until this is fixed properly.
