Hope I'm not overstepping with what I've been told.
I asked support for an ETA on this feature (very important for me) and was told it's already completed and will be included in the next update.

"The developers said you will actually be able to choose the location where all start points are aligned to. So, for example, if you printed 3 different models at once, each one could have a different location where the start point seam would be aligned to."

Now if only we knew when the next update will drop...
