So this is a real problem. I also see this with my Flashforge Creator. I can't seem to get it to work with the left extruder and when I use the right it uses the temp settings for the left. It is NOT my cabling to the controller board. My friend who also has a FF has the exact same problem. The profile settings for the Rep1 dual do not seem to work correctly at least not for the Rep1 clones.
HELP!

Solved !
In the firmware section of the S3D it was selectet replicator 2 , and it should be replicator 1 !

I Got same the problem, can you upload your FFF file, i can't get mine to work whit the Left extruder.

Just go to Help > Configuration Assistant and choose the FlashForge Creator (or Wanhao or whatever you have). It handles all of the firmware settings for you automatically.
