You should be able to get prints good enough for general use (may have gaps but, for light loading, should be okay. Especially if you used similar settings as I posted above.

I like well melted plastic so, I pump up the Temperature to ensure the bottom and top surfaces close gaps (meaning, the strands of FF melt to form a nice layer.

If your machine speed is too fast, slow it down a bit. Also, slow down the Acceleration Jerk (that will help with many prints and not shake your house). I set mine to 2 (default was 20 !!!!).

Are the gaps exactly the same every time? Do the gaps appear in the sliced model in S3D? If so, it points to an issue with the model. Have you tried selecting the model and then selecting Separate Connected Surfaces in the Mesh menu? If you end up with multiple objects in the list after that, then the model is likely non-manifold. If you print all resultant objects, you'll should get the object you want in the final result.
