Hi All,
I am new to this forum as I have just purchased SIMPLIFY3D and so was surprised to find this issue with thin walls.
I currently am using ver 3.0
Has this issue been resolved in any updates etc ?

I found that changing the nozzle diameter does not help print thin walls. I have been trying to print some dinosaur ribs and thin parts on each one wouldnt show up as printing in s3d. What does work tho is setting the extrusion width lower, ie, 0.25. In the process window ... Extruder/Overview/Extrution Width/Manual. Now i am able to print those otherwise unprintable walls.
